Cutting machine operator (m/f/d)

• You will operate and set up CNC lathes fitted with Siemens 840 controls or CNC milling machines fitted with Heidenhain controls
• You will machine the relevant components in accordance with technical drawings and production plans
• You will monitor the production process and carry out accompanying quality controls
• Maintenance and servicing of the machines in use are also part of your duties
• You continuously optimise machining processes
• You check finished workpieces for dimensional accuracy and document the results
• You will adjust tools and machine parameters appropriately depending on the component and production order
• In the event of disruptions to the production process, you will intervene and resolve minor technical issues independently

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or precision mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in the field of CNC turning or CNC milling
• You have in-depth knowledge of the Siemens 840 and Heidenhain control systems, as well as a basic understanding of CNC
• You can confidently read and implement technical drawings and production plans
• A high standard of quality awareness, as well as a meticulous and reliable approach to work, come naturally to you
• You bring strong teamwork and communication skills to your day-to-day work
• We require a willingness to work shifts in a two-shift system as well as on day shifts
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit is required
