• You will programme, set up and operate CNC milling machines
• You will also produce prototypes, individual parts and small batches
• you carry out quality control in accordance with technical drawings and document the results
• you continuously optimise existing CNC programmes and production processes
• the maintenance, upkeep and maintenance of machines and tools are also part of your remit
• you are responsible for ensuring your work area is clean and tidy
• finally, you play an active role in the continuous improvement of our production processes

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), a precision engineer (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification in the metalworking sector
• you can read and understand technical drawings with confidence
• you have a good knowledge of CNC programming, ideally with Heidenhain and/or Siemens control systems
• Basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with a focus on quality
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility and reliability
• Proactive initiative, commitment and flexibility are among your strengths
• Finally, you are a team player and enjoy familiarising yourself with new topics
