• You will set up, configure and operate CNC lathes independently
• You will create and optimise CNC programmes in a targeted manner
• You read technical drawings and implement them with confidence
• You select the appropriate tools, clamping devices and cutting parameters
• You use measuring and testing equipment with confidence
• You carry out quality checks and document the results
• You carry out maintenance and servicing of the machines, as well as minor repairs, independently
• Through your initiative, you contribute to continuous improvement processes in production

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have extensive experience in independently setting up, setting up and operating CNC lathes
• You are confident and experienced in working with technical drawings as well as measuring and testing equipment
• You excel at creating and optimising CNC programmes
• A basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit are an advantage
