• You set up and take down fixtures and tools
• In accordance with specifications, you select the appropriate NC programme and make any necessary corrections to the programme
• You select suitable clamping jaws or manufacture them yourself
• You document the inspected set-up component and pass it on to Quality Assurance
• You clamp the workpieces, load the fixture and inspect it
• You load the machine with raw parts and workpieces
• As part of the quality assurance process, you measure and inspect the finished parts
• In your work area, you ensure that it is tidy, clean and fully stocked, and that health and safety regulations are observed

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a machinist (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or toolmaker (m/f/d)
• You are proficient in using measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres and gauges, and you inspect workpieces carefully
• You can read and understand technical drawings with confidence
• Your profile includes a good command of spoken German and a valid work permit
• You work accurately, reliably and with a focus on quality
• You are characterised by a strong sense of responsibility when it comes to organisation, cleanliness and health and safety
