• You will set up CNC machine tools and configure them for the respective production orders
• Using technical drawings, you will programme and optimise the CNC control systems (Fanuc, Siemens)
• During the manufacturing processes, you monitor the production flow and identify faults at an early stage
• Should any faults occur, you will identify the cause and rectify them independently
• You will check the individual production steps and inspect the manufactured parts against specified quality standards
• You will measure and document the dimensions and tolerances of the workpieces using suitable testing equipment
• You will replace tools and machine components as required and readjust them
• You carry out minor maintenance and servicing work on the machines independently
• You work closely with colleagues from the production department to ensure a smooth production process
