Cutting machine operator milling technology (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• You will programme, set up and operate CNC-controlled milling machines independently
• You will carefully run in new CNC programmes
• Where necessary, you’ll make programme changes and adjust the machining processes
• You’ll load the machines with the appropriate tools for each production order
• You’ll check the finished products for quality and material properties
• Tools and machines

You will carry out maintenance and servicing to ensure smooth operation

• You have experience working with the Heidenhain 530 & 640 and Siemens ShopMill 840 D control systems

What we are looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a machining mechanic (m/f/d), milling technician (m/f/d) or industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of the Heidenhain 530 & 640 and Siemens ShopMill 840 D control systems
• Your technical understanding and manual dexterity are strong points
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold a valid work permit
• You are known for your meticulous and precise approach to work
