• You monitor and ensure the quality of vegan and vegetarian products
• You analyse raw materials, intermediate and finished products
• You use chemical, physical and microbiological methods
• You regularly take samples during production and from the finished product
• You carry out analyses and tests for ingredients, germs, bacteria or mould

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d), food technologist (m/f/d), food technology specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have relevant professional experience in milk processing
• You hold a valid food hygiene certificate or health certificate
• You are confident in using specialist laboratory equipment, apparatus and measuring instruments
• You adhere responsibly to hygiene regulations when handling food
• You hold a valid driving licence and have your own vehicle to travel to the workplace independently
• You are characterised by your ability to work independently, you also take on and coordinate shift management duties
