• You will be responsible for independently monitoring all production and filling processes, whilst strictly adhering to all internal quality guidelines and relevant hygiene requirements at the site
• You will also be responsible for the correct operation, control and ongoing monitoring of the modern production facilities in day-to-day dairy operations
• Furthermore, you will oversee the regular carrying out of thorough cleaning and hygiene checks to ensure our high standards are maintained throughout the entire processing area
• The precise documentation and recording of all relevant operating parameters and production results is also part of your daily duties during ongoing shift work
• As part of your role, you will support the professional conduct of chemical and physical laboratory tests to continuously assess the quality of raw materials
• Furthermore, you will actively support the laboratory team in the detailed evaluation and technical interpretation of all test results and measurement data obtained
• Finally, you will be responsible for contributing effectively to optimisation processes and actively preparing for a future management role as deputy operations manager

• You have completed further training as a master dairy technician (m/f/d) or dairy technician (m/f/d), as well as an apprenticeship as a dairy technologist (m/f/d) or dairy specialist (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ practical professional experience in milk processing and in the operation and monitoring of modern production facilities
• Your sound knowledge of standard IT applications and production control systems sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German and always communicate clearly and to the point
• Furthermore, you demonstrate a high level of awareness of quality, hygiene and environmental issues, and adopt a conscientious and meticulous approach to your work
