• You will monitor the production and filling processes in milk processing and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You will operate the production plant independently and ensure it functions correctly
• You carry out cleaning and hygiene checks and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations
• You carefully document and record process flows and inspection results
• You carry out chemical and physical laboratory tests on raw materials and products
• You evaluate the results of the laboratory tests and interpret them professionally
• In the event of deviations in process or laboratory values, you will initiate appropriate measures
• You will monitor compliance with quality, hygiene and environmental standards throughout the entire production area
