• You will enter and maintain data in the SAP system to clear the existing data backlog
• You will be responsible for general data entry and maintenance across various departments
• You will carry out goods receipt postings in SAP carefully and on time
• You will support order picking by entering and maintaining relevant transaction data

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an office administrator (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification; career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
• You have already gained professional experience in the fields of warehousing, logistics or administration
• You are fully proficient in using SAP, ideally in the MM or WM/EWM modules
• You are proficient in using MS Office, particularly Excel
• Fluency in German, and ideally English as well, is part of your profile
• The ability to type quickly and accurately is an advantage
• you are characterised by a meticulous, reliable and precise approach to your work
• you impress with your organisational skills, strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
