- You take on data entry processes carefully and contribute to data accuracy with precise input
- Ongoing maintenance of the database is one of your daily tasks, You pay attention to up-to-dateness and consistency
- You check all data records in a targeted manner and ensure correctness and completeness
- You manage and structure documents efficiently so that all information is comprehensible at all times
- You create reports with which you present analyses and results in a compact and comprehensible way
Requirements
- Experience as a data entry clerk is desirable, but experience in repetitive desk work or in the medical field is also helpful
- Very good written and spoken German skills
- You are confident in using MS Office applications
- Reliability and discretion characterise your way of working
- A basic understanding of numbers and interrelationships makes your daily work with data and logic structures easier
