• You will be responsible for the ongoing development and optimisation of data-driven machine learning tools for innovative optical measurement systems, whilst adhering to high quality standards
• You will also be responsible for analysing large datasets and image data in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary algorithm team
• Furthermore, you will oversee the implementation of advanced AI initiatives and agent-based systems, from initial analysis through to production readiness
• Providing maintainable, user-friendly software solutions for modern EUV metrology applications is also part of your varied daily responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the team of subject matter experts in identifying new machine learningopportunities through structured project management
• Furthermore, you will support the sustainable digital transformation of complex analysis processes and ensure compliance with internal guidelines
• Finally, you will be responsible for the technical documentation of the developed solutions for internal audiences and for customers

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a comparable subject
• You also have solid practical experience in the development of machine learning models and in data analysis
• Your solid knowledge of Python and common frameworks for data processing and AI development sets you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German, as well as business-level English for international collaboration
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of analytical ability and a strong solution-oriented approach to the development of innovative strategies
• Finally, you are a team player and always work independently, conscientiously and in a goal-oriented manner on all tasks
