Job description
- You will support the Quality Management team in implementing and further developing quality requirements in accordance with EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 145, EN 9100 and DIN ISO 9001
- You will gradually take on responsibility as deputy to the Head of Quality Management and stand in for them in their absence
- You will prepare internal and external audits, carry them out in collaboration with the relevant departments and be responsible for the follow-up work, including the implementation of corrective actions
- You will play an active role in shaping the company’s process landscape and ensure that all quality-related processes remain up to date, applicable and properly maintained
- You will support development and change processes in close coordination with the technical departments
- You will support the team in communicating and collaborating with regulatory authorities, group representatives and customer representatives in the context of audits and quality-related matters
- You will contribute fresh ideas and are committed to the further development of existing quality initiatives
- You will apply quality methods such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa or Root Cause Analysis to analyse and rectify non-conformities

Requirements
- You have a degree in a technical subject, such as aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or quality management, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- You hold a qualification as an auditor in accordance with DIN EN ISO 19011 or are willing to obtain this qualification
- You have several years’ professional experience in quality management, ideally in the aerospace or defence industry
- You have acquired in-depth knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations, such as EN 9100, DIN ISO 9001, EASA Part 21G and EASA Part 145; knowledge of FAA regulations is an advantage
- You are confident in applying common quality methods such as 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa or Root Cause Analysis
- Experience working within an international corporate environment, as well as the ability to operate confidently in a technically oriented setting, are further strengths
- You possess sound IT skills and are proficient in using MS Office
- You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as fluent English; knowledge of French would be an advantage
