1. You will organise and manage commercial teams of varying sizes working in shifts; as a deputy shift supervisor, you will also support day-to-day operations
2. You will ensure that staff carry out loading and unloading correctly using industrial trucks
3. You will manage warehouse operations efficiently and maintain an overview of processes within the terminal
4. You will be responsible for ensuring health and safety standards are upheld within the terminal
5. You carry out interface checks and document them carefully
6. You monitor and manage operations using a modern fleet of industrial trucks with Li-ion technology, as well as technical aids such as the 3D portal scanner
7. You ensure that loads are correctly secured and that dangerous goods regulations are adhered to
8. You act as the point of contact for staff on your shift, assisting them with any queries or issues that arise during day-to-day operations

• You have completed training as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You already have some initial experience in logistics, preferably in cargo handling
• Your skills include knowledge of dangerous goods, load securing and health and safety
• You have demonstrable experience in managing staff in an industrial environment
• You hold a valid forklift licence and an ADR certificate
• You have a basic command of written and spoken German
• You are reliable and a good team player
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
