• In this role, you will act as deputy team leader for warehouse organisation and stand in for the manager in their absence
• You will be responsible for organising the allocation of tasks to individual team members in the warehouse
• You will be responsible for quality assurance of the processes and workflows carried out in the warehouse
• In the area of controlling, you will analyse relevant key performance indicators and prepare them for the team leader
• You will maintain and update data in the ERP system to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations
• Coordinating daily workflows between staff members is also part of your responsibilities
• You will assist with stock planning, liaising closely with the supply chain team
• You will clarify any queries and coordinate with team members directly on site in the warehouse
• You will use standard Office applications to create and maintain reports, overviews and documentation
• You will monitor compliance with warehouse standards and take corrective action in the event of deviations

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification in the field of supply chain management/disposition
• You have some initial experience in the technical management or coordination of a team
• You have a sound knowledge of working with an ERP system
• You are proficient in using standard Office applications
• Native-level German and a valid work permit are essential requirements for this role
• Knowledge of English is an advantage but not a requirement
• You are characterised by a structured and organised approach to your work
• As a deputy manager, you demonstrate a sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• You are characterised by good communication skills when dealing with team members
