• You will act as the team leader’s technical representative and reliably oversee the efficient day-to-day organisation and structured allocation of tasks across the entire warehouse area
• You will also be responsible for the ongoing quality control of logistics processes and for operational controlling within the modern warehouse management system
• Furthermore, you will oversee the accurate data entry and reliable system maintenance of all goods-related information directly within our client’s internal ERP system
• Coordinating the daily workflows of operational staff is also part of your responsibilities within our client’s demanding working environment
• As part of your role, you will actively support the monitoring of all deadlines and the ongoing optimisation of existing work and logistics processes
• Furthermore, you will assist the Controlling department in documenting stock movements and produce clear reports using standard MS Office applications
• Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring that the specified safety and quality standards are properly adhered to in day-to-day warehouse operations, in accordance with internal guidelines

• You have completed further training as a Freight Transport and Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) as well as an apprenticeship as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a Dispatcher (m/f/d)
• You also have several years’ professional experience in warehouse logistics, as well as sound knowledge of managing commercial teams in a deputy capacity
• Your solid knowledge of common ERP systems and your proficiency with MS Office set you apart in your day-to-day work
• You have native-level written and spoken German, as well as a basic knowledge of English, which would be an advantage
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of assertiveness, strong organisational skills and a high level of commitment to the whole team
• You are also completely reliable, possess analytical thinking skills and always work in a goal-oriented, conscientiously and independently
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
