• You will develop, design and optimise mechanical components and assemblies for sophisticated optical systems and lenses
• Using PTC Creo, you will create and edit 3D models and 2D drawings
• When designing and adapting components and assemblies, you will take into account technical requirements, functionality and manufacturability
• You will independently implement design changes and optimisations to existing components
• You will create and maintain technical documentation, drawings and bills of materials
• You coordinate design solutions with related departments such as development, manufacturing and assembly
• You ensure that the specified quality, dimensional and tolerance requirements are met

• You have completed a technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician (m/f/d), a technical degree or a comparable qualification, for example in mechanical engineering or design engineering
• You have very good and confident user skills in PTC Creo, particularly in 3D modelling and assembly design
• You have experience in creating and editing technical drawings, as well as in the design of components and assemblies
• You are confident in dealing with technical drawings, tolerances and design relationships
• Ideally, you have experience in specialised machine construction, precision engineering or the design of optical or precision mechanical components
• You have a good command of spoken German and hold valid work permits
• You work in a structured, meticulous and solution-oriented manner
• You are a team player, reliable and able to work independently
