• You will design and develop stamping and forming tools based on technical specifications and drawings
• You will create and maintain technical drawings and 3D models for tool components using CAD systems
• You will develop design solutions for new components and optimise existing tooling concepts
• You will be involved in the preparation of bills of materials and manufacturing documentation
• You liaise closely with the production department, particularly in the area of CNC milling, to implement the designs
• You check and assess feasibility and manufacturing tolerances with regard to tool design
• You will monitor compliance with quality standards during the design and implementation phases
• You will develop technical solutions for modifications and optimisations to existing tools
• You will document design statuses and maintain the associated technical documentation
• You will support the team with fault analysis and problem-solving in the field of stamping and forming technology

• You have completed vocational training as a toolmaker (m/f/d) specialising in stamping and forming technology or as a technical product designer (m/f/d), supplemented by several years’ professional experience in the aforementioned field
• You have experience in CNC milling
• You have a good technical understanding of manufacturing processes and tool tolerances
• You are confident in using CAD systems to create technical drawings and 3D models, as well as

technical drawings and tool designs
