• You carry out theoretical investigations and research in the run-up to development tasks
• As part of your duties, you conceptualise, design and engineer products in line with the specified objectives
• When carrying out your development tasks, you ensure compliance with recognised technical standards, in particular safety regulations, so that products can be manufactured with the highest possible levels of safety, reliability and quality
• You also draw up test procedures and test reports during and after the development phase
• You will also document technical content in accordance with archiving regulations to ensure that the manufacture and testing of products are carried out to a consistently high standard
• Furthermore, you will test the properties of products developed in-house or by third parties in accordance with the requirements specification or specifications
• Finally, you will hand over the development results to production

• You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics, ideally with a Master’s degree
• You are well versed in CAD, particularly SolidWorks
• You have a constructive approach to your work and a strong technical understanding
• You are also a team player and adopt a solution-oriented approach to your work
