• You will be independently responsible for handling the dispatch of domestic and international shipments, as well as preparing transport and export documents
• You will also coordinate transport service providers and ensure that worldwide shipments are processed on time and in accordance with regulations
• You will process customs-related procedures for imports and exports and carry out customs clearance using the ATLAS system
• You will also handle letters of credit and process and calculate preferential proofs of origin
• You will check and process Intrastat declarations, confirmations of arrival and supplier’s declarations
• In addition, you will support related departments with issues relating to foreign trade and export controls

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have gained initial professional experience in the areas of dispatch, exports and customs clearance
• You are confident using MS Office and also have a good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• You have a good command of spoken and written English and German
• You work in a goal-oriented, flexible and responsible manner
• Excellent organisational skills, a team spirit and a valid work permit for Germany round off your profile
