• You will be responsible for handling dispatch and order confirmation
• You will prepare customs documents, export documents and export licences
• you also record goods received
• packaging tasks are also part of your responsibilities
• you liaise with hauliers and suppliers

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have already gained experience in exports and have a sound knowledge of customs procedures
• ideally, you will have knowledge of dangerous goods
• You are proficient in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
