• In this role, you will independently process technical orders as part of project management
• You will systematically maintain and manage equipment data in SAP, MS Excel and Access databases
• You will design and produce construction documents professionally and comprehensively using the Siemens NX CAD system
• You will supervise and manage the assigned tasks of the technical draughtsmen (m/f/d) from a technical perspective
• You consistently observe and adhere to all project-related guidelines and quality standards

• A completed vocational training programme with further training as a technician (m/f/d) or an equivalent two-year technical college course forms the basis of your qualifications
• You have already gained proven technical expertise as a detailed design engineer (m/f/d) as well as at least 1 to 2 years’ professional experience in this field
• Relevant experience in shipbuilding or in the technical sector of the metal and electrical industries sets you apart
• In-depth knowledge across various specialist areas, as well as specific knowledge of materials, are key features of your profile
• Ideally, you will have undertaken shipyard-specific further training in IT, CAM, CAD and CAE
• You have a sound knowledge of SAP as well as a sound knowledge of Siemens NX software
• Good written and spoken German is part of your skill set
• A good command of English is a given for you
• You meet the requirements for VS-NfD security clearance upon starting the role, regardless of the current status of your security vetting
• You are characterised by strong communication skills and a high level of teamwork
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid residence permit; only candidates who are nationals of an EU or NATO member state will be considered
