• You will design components and assemblies for high-voltage power converters and produce the associated technical documentation, including drawings, bills of materials, specifications, terms of delivery and instructions
• You will independently handle technical clarifications with suppliers and internal stakeholders from Production, Quality, Procurement and Logistics
• As part of the change management process, you will maintain and update assemblies, components and technical documentation
• You review technical documentation for any necessary adjustments, for example regarding standard designations, as well as errors in presentation, content and formatting resulting from data migrations
• When implementing designs, you take into account functional, manufacturing and economic requirements

• You have a degree in mechanical engineering, have completed an apprenticeship as a technical product designer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you also have several years’ practical experience in the development and design of electromechanical products and have worked confidently with Siemens NX 2506, Teamcenter 14 and Product Lifecycle Management
• Practical experience in applying the ISO GPS series of standards, as well as the ISO 8015, ISO 1101, ISO 22081, DIN 2769 and ISO 5459
• You have in-depth knowledge of high-voltage-compliant design, the specification of current-carrying components and the implementation of insulation requirements
• You communicate and document confidently in German at C1 level
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
