• You will provide comprehensive advice to the private clients assigned to you via video and telephone on accounts, investments, financing and pensions
• To support the branches, you will carry out advisory and client management tasks through digital customer contact
• You will systematically analyse existing customer relationships and continuously develop them further
• You will present insurance products in line with customers’ needs and incorporate them into your advisory discussions
• In the interests of the cooperative’s members, you will make decisions swiftly and with a commitment to follow through
• In line with the fundamental principles of the cooperative, you will actively build relationships with your clients
• You conduct advisory meetings via video conferencing systems and carefully document the results
• You identify sales opportunities at an early stage and consistently implement the measures derived from them
• You play an active role in shaping your own area of responsibility and contribute innovative ideas

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), savings bank clerk (m/f/d) or insurance and financial investments clerk (m/f/d)
• several years’ professional experience in customer advisory services, as well as

practical experience in the field of insurance products

• you are characterised by a strong affinity for digital and technical solutions, as well as in-depth experience with video conferencing systems
• a good command of written and spoken German is part of your profile
• You possess strong persuasion and communication skills, as well as a sales-oriented approach to your work
• You think in terms of networks and act with a high sense of responsibility and risk awareness
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
