• You will conduct digital and telephone consultations on all of the company's products and respond individually to customer concerns
• You will use targeted campaigns and potential analyses to identify sales opportunities and use cross-selling approaches
• In addition, you will contribute your CRM knowledge and actively participate in the further development of sales processes
• In close cooperation with consultants, marketing and outbound, you will ensure a smooth flow of information
• in addition, you will support the team with sales-related tasks and contribute to successful customer communication

• You do not need commercial training, but it is an advantage
• Knowledge of the finance or banking industry or the call centre is desirable
• You are confident in using PC applications and CRM programs
