• You will design, create and manage SharePoint sites for teams, projects and departments
• In doing so, you will structure and maintain the central document repository, including metadata, content types and permission schemes
• You will also develop and maintain reusable templates for SharePoint sites, document libraries and documents
• You define and establish standards and best practices for the use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365
• Last but not least, you advise departments on digital collaboration and the optimal organisation of information and documents

• You have completed a vocational training course in IT or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint (ideally SharePoint Online)
• You have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows client operating systems and standard applications
• You are fluent in German and feel at home in the digital world
• Analytical thinking, a structured approach to work and team spirit round off your profile
