• You handle international export and import shipments (land, air and sea) independently and organise all processes - including the creation, review and management of all relevant shipping and customs documents
• You ensure compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations (incl. Incoterms®, ATLAS declarations) and actively communicate with freight forwarders, customs authorities and suppliers
• You reliably monitor and coordinate delivery deadlines, carry out shipment tracking and professionally process returns and deviations
• When shipping dangerous goods in accordance with current regulations (ADR, IATA, IMDG), take care of the documentation and coordinate with the dangerous goods officer
• Maintain shipping and master data in the ERP system and contribute to increasing efficiency in the export/import area by optimising processes

• You have completed 3 years of vocational training, for example as a forwarding agent or industrial clerk, and thus have the professional basis for scheduling, placing and processing shipping orders, freight invoice control as well as returns and repair processing
• The ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and reliability characterise you and enable goal-oriented cooperation in everyday working life
• we expect your flexibility, assertiveness and negotiating skills as well as the ability to work independently
• you are confident with IT applications such as MS Office
• very good SAP knowledge (such as the SD/MM module) is essential
