• You schedule production orders and release them for production at the right time
• You are responsible for detailed capacity planning: you match orders to available machine and staff capacity
• You plan material requirements and initiate purchase orders in the ERP system
• You monitor material availability and delivery dates, and resolve bottlenecks or schedule deviations with suppliers and internal departments
• You coordinate stock management, ensuring appropriate stock levels and stock accuracy
• You maintain master data and order data in the ERP system and keep them up to date
• You liaise closely with purchasing, production and the warehouse to ensure production processes run smoothly
• When liaising with international suppliers or contacts, you also conduct correspondence in English

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• you have professional experience in purchasing or materials planning, or equivalent experience
• you are confident in using MS Office and common ERP systems
• you have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
