• You will be responsible for the planning and organisation of transports with articulated lorries, always keeping an eye on locations, capacities and legal requirements
• You will carefully prepare shipping and accompanying documents such as waybills, order papers and permits for the transports
• You will independently carry out employee scheduling, by allocating drivers based on their qualifications, availability and statutory driving and rest times
• You are responsible for time management in your area and ensure efficient capacity planning
• You ensure communication between all departments involved, such as drivers, warehouse and administration

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as a as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• In addition, you have experience in the food industry
• English and Spanish are desirable and support you in communication
• For this job, you show a willingness to work weekends, whereby you are also on duty at the weekend about once a month
• Reliability and the ability to work in a team are a matter of course for you
