Dispatcher (m/f/d)

• Hourly wage of €17.00 from your first day of work
• Long-term assignment with the option of a permanent role
• Day shift work from Monday to Friday
• Shortened working hours on Fridays until 2.00 pm

• You prepare goods, crates and materials for dispatch and ensure that everything is ready for loading on time
• You use a forklift to load the goods safely and correctly onto the transport vehicles
• You carefully check the accompanying shipping documents to ensure they are complete and accurate
• You attach labels correctly to the consignments
• You pick orders based on the delivery documents and check that the goods match the paperwork
• You pack and secure the goods for transport, for example on pallets or in crates
• You use a forklift truck to move pallets and materials within the warehouse and dispatch area
• If you notice any irregularities, such as damage or discrepancies in quantities, you report and record them
• You keep your work area in the dispatch department clean and tidy, whilst observing health and safety regulations

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a warehouse specialist (m/f/d), warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d)
• You have experience in dispatch or warehousing
• You are proficient in operating a forklift truck and hold a valid forklift licence
• You check shipping documents carefully and reliably
• You are known for your careful and precise work
• You work independently and reliably, and are a good communicator within the team
• You have a basic spoken knowledge of German (minimum level)
• A valid work permit is required
