• You will be responsible for purchasing freight space and putting together efficient transports
• You will communicate professionally with suppliers, freight forwarders and transport companies and ensure smooth processes
• You will maintain the action logistics and the associated processes, to ensure an optimal process
• you conscientiously carry out the calculation and preparation of quotations and always maintain an overview
• you independently negotiate freight with subcontractors and ensure optimal conditions
• you maintain subcontractors and forwarding partners and acquire new partners for our network

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship in the field of freight forwarding and logistics services, e.g. as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience in operational logistics, scheduling or shipping
• Good knowledge in the scheduling of commercial goods characterises you
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power Point in particular
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You have strong analytical skills and a good understanding of processes
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
