• You will manage the transport process and be responsible for planning and monitoring the routes
• Allocating orders to the individual vehicles will also form part of your duties
• You will correctly sign off on the routes and hand them over reliably to the delivery coordinators
• You will archive collection slips and delivery notes carefully and in a way that allows for easy traceability
• You will monitor the timely execution of all transport orders
• As the point of contact, you are available to drivers and transport partners at all times
• In the event of deviations or delays in the route schedule, you react quickly and take appropriate action
• You liaise closely with other dispatchers and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transport process
• You document relevant processes and arrangements in the dispatch system used

(m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You have relevant professional experience in transport planning
• You are confident in using MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You demonstrate a willingness to work shifts
• Strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a structured approach to work round off your profile
