• You will be responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring the on-time delivery of precast concrete parts to customers in the construction industry
• The creation of route plans and the coordination of lorry transports (own and external forwarding agents) are your responsibility
• In addition, you will be responsible for close coordination with customers:customers, site managers and internal departments (production, sales, warehouse)
• You will be responsible for processing enquiries, delivery dates and complaints as well as documentation and organisation
• you are responsible for entering and maintaining transport-related data in the ERP system and creating the necessary delivery documents and accompanying papers
• you also monitor compliance with quality standards and operational processes
• optimising transport and delivery processes, taking into account costs, capacity utilisation and legal regulations (e.g. load securing, driving times). e.g. load securing, driving times) rounds off your job profile

• You have completed training in the field of freight forwarding, logistics, scheduling or comparable professional experience
• You have practical knowledge in the field of transport scheduling, ideally with building materials or heavy loads
• Your good geographical knowledge speaks for itself
• You are confident in using MS Office and ERP/transport management systems
• Your strengths include strong communication skills, customer focus and assertiveness
• You are a team player with an organised, resilient and flexible way of working
