• You will actively support the planning and organisation of truck routes for several locations that are managed centrally from Gundremmingen
• You will work closely with an experienced colleague on site to create efficient and complete routes for deliveries
• You will regularly speak to drivers on the phone:drivers, customers and colleagues, answer queries and coordinate route planning details
• you ensure that all locations are optimally scheduled and on time

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you have experience in scheduling, ideally in the area of route, fleet or logistics planning, fleet or logistics planning
• you are confident with MS Office and the usual dispatching systems
• good written and spoken German skills characterise you
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
