• Your duties will include organising collections and deliveries
• You will process undeliverable parcels
• You will accept and dispatch domestic and international parcels
• You will handle complaints in writing and over the phone
• You will be responsible for the till and takings at the customer service desk during your shift
• You will also carry out vehicle and route checks

• You have completed vocational training in freight forwarding or have many years’ professional experience in transport planning
• Good computer and MS Office skills are part of your profile
• You’ll stand out with very good German skills and, ideally, good written and spoken English
• You’re happy to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays on a regular basis
• Resilience, independence, the ability to work as part of a team and a proactive approach are your hallmarks
