• You manage the vehicle fleet, keep an overview of all vehicles and ensure that they are ready for use
• You schedule personnel and vehicles, plan assignments and ensure that orders are processed smoothly and on time
• You hold staff and team meetings, plan holidays and support the team in organisational and day-to-day issues; You cover short-term personnel requirements via temporary employment agencies and subcontractors
• You check legally relevant and accounting-related documents, check working hours and monitor compliance with all internal specifications and guidelines
• You process complaints, are the contact person for customers and ensure that concerns are dealt with professionally and promptly

• You have completed commercial or technical training, ideally as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) and logistics service provider
• TRAS knowledge is a plus
• You have a good command of German
• A class B driving licence and your own car are an advantage
