• You organise and coordinate the logistics department and ensure that operations run smoothly
• You plan and allocate drivers’ assignments proactively and in line with demand
• You organise routes so that deliveries reach customers efficiently and on time
• You manage the vehicle fleet, balancing vehicle availability, maintenance and deployment planning
• You keep a constant eye on delivery dates and intervene at an early stage in the event of delays
• Tracking and monitoring shipments is part of your role

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or an industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in transport planning
• You have good IT skills and are confident working with dashboards and reports
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You organise and coordinate in a structured manner and maintain an overview even when juggling several tasks at once
• You are known for your reliable and meticulous approach to work
