Job description

  • You will be responsible for the professional processing of all undeliverable consignments as well as the acceptance and issue of national and international consignments at the counter
  • In addition, you will be responsible for contacting customers by telephone in the event of complaints and for agreeing individual delivery dates
  • Furthermore, you will be responsible for internal communication with couriers in the event of irregularities:

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d)
  • You have several years of professional experience in scheduling or in a logistics environment and you are willing to work rotating shifts
  • Sound ITknowledge in the common MS Office applications as well as a quick grasp of specific logistics systems are essential for your daily work
  • German language skills at native speaker level in spoken and written as well as good English skills are mandatory for internal and external communication with stakeholders
  • You have a valid work permit for Germany as well as a permanent residence in Germany as a basic requirement for this responsible position in the company
  • Logical thinking and a strong ability to work under pressure and in a team are just as much a part of your strengths as an independent and flexible way of working
