• You will be responsible for the planning and management of daily asphalt mix production
• You will be responsible for coordinating lorry utilisation and liaising with both in-house and external hauliers
• You will be responsible for monitoring delivery schedules and quantities to construction sites
• You will also work closely with site managers, clients, mixing plant staff, the laboratory and the sales department
• Your responsibilities include responding promptly to changes in site operations and optimising the management of production capacities
• In addition, you will draw up and monitor the production schedule
• Monitoring material availability (bitumen, aggregates, RC materials) is your responsibility
• You maintain order and master data
• Preparing delivery notes and ensuring cost-effective, customer-focused scheduling round off your role

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in planning, logistics or the building materials sector
• You are fully confident in using IT systems
• Technical knowledge in the field of asphalt or building materials would be an advantage
• The ability to work in a team, resilience and decisiveness are among your strengths
• You are characterised by your organisational and communication skills, as well as a structured and independent approach to work
