• You will carry out all customs-related tasks for imports and exports independently and handle them reliably
• You will also support and advise internal departments on customs-related matters
• You will check and monitor customs clearance documents, export certificates and long-term supplier declarations
• You will also organise and coordinate transport orders for multiple sites as part of central dispatch planning
• You will plan transport, taking into account costs, freight costs and adherence to deadlines
• In addition, you will calculate and optimise freight costs and check freight invoices and credit notes
• You will process and maintain dispatch and freight data in the relevant IT systems
• In doing so, you will work closely and collaboratively with your colleagues

• Ideally, you will have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the freight forwarding sector, and will have gained some initial professional experience in transport planning or in the specialist vehicles sector
• A strong technical understanding is part of your profile
• You have a very good command of written and spoken German
• You are confident using MS Office
• You are characterised by your negotiating skills, a reliable approach to work and the ability to work as part of a team
• You also make a positive impression on the phone with your confident and friendly manner
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
