• You organise cross-border transport between Germany and Switzerland
• You plan and monitor both our own fleet and contractors’ vehicles during day-to-day operations
• You coordinate orders, deadlines and special requirements in consultation with customers, drivers and partners both at home and abroad
• You carefully prepare and check transport documents such as waybills and accompanying paperwork
• You ensure that consignments are delivered on time and that legal requirements are met
• You coordinate the necessary documentation and procedures for customs clearance between Switzerland and Germany
• You record and manage orders and route data using freight forwarding software such as Transporeon or SAP TM
• You continuously optimise route planning and vehicle utilisation
• In the event of delays or disruptions to the transport process, you quickly develop appropriate solutions and inform those involved

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or a transport services clerk (m/f/d)
• You have experience in transport planning, ideally in international transport
• You have knowledge of customs clearance between Switzerland and Germany
• You are confident in using MS Office and freight forwarding software such as Transporeon or SAP TM
• You have excellent organisational skills and remain resilient even during hectic periods
• You enjoy working as part of a team and communicate clearly with customers, drivers and partners
• You speak and write German to a business-proficient standard; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• You are meticulous and reliable, keeping a close eye on deadlines and legal requirements
