• In this role, you will plan and schedule lorry assignments
• You will carry out load-metre calculations for the vehicles
• You will manage and coordinate just-in-time processes
• You will then conduct negotiations with customers and transport partners
• You will monitor shipment progress and ensure that delivery deadlines are met
• You will ensure a smooth flow of information and compliance with quality standards

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• Your portfolio includes relevant professional experience in transport planning
• Good IT skills and confidence in using standard logistics and IT systems are part of your profile
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You are characterised by strong numerical skills and excellent negotiation skills
