• You will be responsible for collection and delivery scheduling and ensure that day-to-day business runs smoothly
• You will carefully monitor delivery and collection quality and ensure that agreed standards are met
• you carefully process undeliverable consignments and reliably clarify outstanding issues
• you work in a service-orientated and structured manner when accepting and issuing national and international consignments
• you contact customers and couriers by telephone:and couriers, especially in the event of queries or complaints

• You have completed vocational training in the field of freight forwarding or have many years of experience in scheduling
• You are willing to to work in a rotating shift system - including regular Saturday shifts
• you have good PC and MS Office skills
• very good written and spoken German and ideally good English skills characterise you
• you are reliable and committed to your tasks and enjoy working in a team
