• You will support our customers and coordinate delivery dates
• You will schedule, timetable and approve customer orders
• You will plan ongoing production processes in detail and monitor them
• You will check material availability and ensure a smooth flow of orders and goods
• You liaise with production management and order preparation to ensure deadlines and capacity are met
• You select and adapt suitable scheduling procedures and parameters
• You communicate closely with work planning, purchasing, design, manufacturing and logistics
• Finally, you prioritise orders and identify and resolve bottlenecks at an early stage

• You have completed technical or commercial training, e.g. as an industrial mechanic (m/f/d), industrial business administrator (m/f/d) or in a comparable field, ideally in the metalworking, production or logistics sectors
• You have experience in work preparation, production planning, scheduling or a comparable field
• You possess a good technical understanding as well as the ability to grasp production processes quickly
• You are confident using MS Office and, ideally, have experience with an ERP/merchandise management system
• You are organised and enjoy juggling many tasks at once
• You are characterised by a structured, meticulous and independent approach to your work
• You impress clients with your strong communication skills and confident manner
• Finally, you are characterised by solution-oriented thinking and the ability to keep track of things even when faced with last-minute changes
