• You will be responsible for scheduling and import processing with a focus on Asia as well as coordinating sea freight and customs issues
• You will pass on orders to forwarding agents and ensure smooth coordination
• You will provide reliable and binding feedback in the event of queries regarding customs documents, even if you do not prepare the customs documents yourself
• You implement instructions to freight forwarders clearly and reliably
• You check customs tariff numbers carefully and with the necessary technical understanding
• In the future, you will also be involved in the creation of concepts and the targeted planning of deliveries

• You have commercial training, ideally as a forwarding agent (m/f/d)
• Prior experience in the areas of import, customs and forwarding is required for this position
• Founded knowledge of forwarding processing and a good understanding of customs issues, for example when dealing with customs numbers, you are characterised by
• you are familiar with customs-related coordination and the handling of sea freight
• good German and English skills are part of your portfolio
• you are flexible, even working until 4 pm on Fridays if necessary
• a valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
