• When planning, managing and monitoring production orders, you must always take into account deadlines, capacities and delivery priorities
• You are responsible for coordinating and handling the dispatch of our finished goods to customers
• You ensure a timely and efficient supply chain and maintain an overview of all processes
• You coordinate closely with production, logistics, sales and other internal departments
• You maintain and analyse relevant data in the ERP system and in MS Office
• You proactively resolve issues arising from bottlenecks, delay in delivery dates or unforeseen situations, and find quick solutions

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or logistics specialist (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• Ideally, you also have experience in production planning, production planning or logistics
• You are confident in using an ERP system and MS Office, particularly Excel
• You are characterised by strong organisational skills and a structured approach to your work
• You apply pragmatism, a solution-oriented approach and entrepreneurial thinking in a targeted manner in your day-to-day work
• The ability to work well in a team, combined with a reliable and responsible approach to work, rounds off your profile
