• You will plan and manage national and international transport operations, from order acceptance through to delivery
• You will plan the deployment of our own fleet to ensure that routes are operated cost-effectively and on time
• You commission and coordinate external transport partners as required
• You will liaise directly with customers to clarify enquiries, deadlines and any special requirements relating to transport in a solution-oriented manner
• You will calculate transport costs and draw up appropriate quotations, taking into account economic and customer-specific requirements
• You provide ongoing support to drivers and manage their schedules, reacting swiftly to delays or last-minute changes
• You work closely with sales, the warehouse, the workshop, accounts, drivers and partners
• You will maintain orders, transport data and documents in the transport management system and in MS Office
• You will play an active role in the further development and optimisation of dispatch processes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), transport services clerk (m/f/d) or industrial clerk (m/f/d)
• Ideally, you will have experience in transport logistics
• You are confident in using MS Office
• Experience with a Transport Management System (TMS) is an advantage
• You have strong communication skills in German and enjoy interacting with customers
