• You coordinate delivery dates with our customers and forwarding agents, monitor progress and flexibly adjust planning in the event of last-minute changes
• You also organise incoming and outgoing goods, check deliveries for completeness and ensure that everything runs smoothly
• You plan raw materials and supplies, reorder in good time and ensure that there is always enough in stock
• You communicate with customers on a daily basis, drivers, suppliers and internal departments, clarify open issues and provide feedback on delivery status or material requirements
• You handle complaints and last-minute changes to the process, find quick, customer-oriented solutions and document them carefully
• You create all necessary accompanying documents and delivery notes, check them for accuracy and keep them up to date in the system

• A completed commercial or logistics apprenticeship, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), forwarding agent (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• With your experience in transport, logistics or forwarding, you will bring valuable expertise to our team
• Your written and spoken German will enable you to communicate precisely and professionally
