• You plan, coordinate and calculate national and international transports and logistics services
• You organise international transports by road, sea and air freight on your own responsibility and keep an eye on planning and costing
• You coordinate delivery dates with specialist departments and customers and notify them reliably
• You support personnel planning in fleet management and work closely with the transport manager
• Relevant shipping, customs and transport documents carefully
• Document goods movements and reliably control and monitor the loading processes

• You have completed commercial training, ideally as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in export and fleet planning, especially in the field of air and sea freight as well as national and international transport, you have
• you are confident in using MS Office, SAP knowledge is desirable for you
• good written and spoken English skills speak for you
• you are characterised by a structured and independent way of working as well as a high level of organisation and prioritisation skills
