Job description

  • You will be responsible for answering all incoming telephone calls between 14:00 and 17:00 and ensure professional communication with the call partners:
  • In addition, you are responsible for the independent drafting and precise documentation of order confirmations to ensure seamless and error-free order processing in the system
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for coordination with the forwarding agent and proactively clarify any ambiguities in the area of shipping to ensure a smooth transport process
  • Controlling the distribution of goods is also one of your tasks, You will closely and responsibly monitor the timely provision of goods for onward transport
  • As part of your role, you will support the planning and monitoring of all logistics processes and make a significant contribution to compliance with quality standards within the supply chain
  • Finally, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth administrative process within your area of responsibility and help to optimise internal communication channels


Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as an office management assistant (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or forwarding and logistics clerk (m/f/d)
  • In addition, you have sound professional experience in the field of logistics or commercial processing, ideally with a strong connection to operational dispatch processing
  • You are characterised by your sound knowledge of common MS Office applications and modern merchandise management systems, enabling you to work efficiently in a digital environment
  • You have a native level of written and spoken German, to ensure professional correspondence and daily communication with customers
  • Furthermore, you have a high degree of organisational talent and reliability, which helps you to always keep an overview even with a high workload
  • Finally, you are a strong team player and always work in a structured and goal-oriented manner in order to successfully implement the common goals in logistics processing on time
